INFORMATION 

 

REGARDING THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA 

 

Dear Sir or Madam, 

 

in connection with the applicability of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR“), we kindly ask you to acknowledge with the current data protection principles implemented by Good Taste Production sp. z o.o. The full text of the GDPR can be found here 

 

The Controller of personal data is Good Taste Production spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered seat in Poznań (60-178), ul. Dziewińska 59, REGON: 302692642, NIP: 7792421062, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000504906, registration files kept by the Regional Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, VIII Commercial Division of National Court Register, share capital in the amount of PLN 5,000.00 (the “Controller“). 

 

The Controller obtains and processes your personal data for the purpose of comprehensive organization and operation of events, including the process of reservation and ticket sales, conclusion and execution of contracts for the Controller’s events and performance of related obligations. 

 

The legal bases for processing are as follows: (i) processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or to take action at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); (ii) processing is necessary for purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); (iii) processing is necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation incumbent on the Controller (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR). 

 

Providing personal data is fully voluntary, but necessary for the Controller to perform tasks related to the purpose of data processing. 

 

The Controller may disclose personal data to entities providing IT, accounting, administrative, legal services to the Controller, as well as entities involved in the organization of artistic events. The Controller requires such entities to comply with the law, a high degree of privacy protection and security of personal data processed by these entities on behalf of the Controller. The Controller does not transfer personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. 

 

Personal data will be processed for the period of time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they are processed (organization of events, sale of tickets, service of participants, organization of another artistic event), after which the data will be kept for the period appropriate for the statute of limitations for claims. After this period, the personal data will be deleted, as required by the GDPR. 

 

In connection with the processing of your data by the Controller, you have the right to request: (i) access to the content of your data, within the limits of Article 15 of the GDPR; (ii) its rectification, within the limits of Article 16 of the GDPR; (iii) its erasure, within the limits of Article 17 GDPR; (iv) restriction of its processing, within the limits of Article 18 GDPR; (v) data portability, within the limits of Article 20 GDPR; (vi) object to the processing of personal data, based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. 

 

Exercise of the rights referred to above may be carried out, in particular, by sending requests to the e-mail address: bilety@goodtaste.pl, or by sending a request by mail to the Controller’s address: ul. Dziewińska 59, 60-178 Poznań. 

 

If you consider that the Controller’s processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
